Came here for insured repairs. Good repairs however quote repairs will be done and excess to be paid on collection afterwards, 5 weeks later had not started repairs and wanted my excess up front before doing the job. 2 different stories and after checking in with my insurance they were supposed to ask for the excess up front in the beginning! In total the repair was 4 working days but because of this place's stuff up I did not have a driveable car for 2 months in total from crash to completed repair.
